See Spot Run Run

The brother of a friend of mine that lives in Guthrie Oklahoma died last May in a motorcycle accident.  He had a wonderful family and in memory of Chris they have decided to have a 5K and 10K run in honor of him and the proceeds going to a no kill animal shelter there in Oklahoma.  Matt Cowden lost his brother Chris to a tragic  accident and I can’t think of a better way to honor someone than to host an event like this with the proceeds going to a good cause.  Chris’s wife Sarah does a wonderful job explaining the race and talking about her late husband on a local news show.  So if your in central Oklahoma and you like to run, please think about participating!!

Is this the future?

This is one of those futuristic conceptual videos by Microsoft. Is this the future? Microsoft thinks so and I can’t wait. - T

Add Screen Lock Keystroke to OS X

This little gem will allow you to configure a keystroke to lock your OS X screen. Kinda like CRTL-ALT-DEL from Windows except OS X doesn’t have it built in.

LockTight

I coincidentally set mine to CRTL-ALT-DEL, some habits die hard.

Proof that our media outlets are biased and a disservice

I’m sick our of media being biased, double standard crooks that they are.

Here are some stories chiding President Bush for the cost of his inauguration:

Clever on-line flash game.

OK, you’re at work, killing time, nothing to do, and you just can’t play “line-rider” again.  Try this.  It’s called Fantastic Contraption and it will have you scratching your head like a Hound dog in a flea infested chicken house. The idea is simple, get the pink ball, brick, or cube into the pink area of the map. You have “tools’ to use to accomplish this. These are wheels, wood, and water rods. Each can do different things. It will really test your critical thinking. It’s fun plus you can even save your accomplishments to show off later. Try it!
